Intolerant voor gluten, tarwe of toch iets anders?
In dit vierde deel van de reeks over voedselintoleranties stellen we je voor aan een hoofdrolspeler: gluten. Coeliakie is de goed beschreven vorm van glutenintolerantie, terwijl de pathologie rond niet-coeliakische glutengevoeligheid in een waas van mysterie en scepticisme dwaalt. Toch valt er veel over te vertellen en komen de puzzelstukjes langzaam op hun plaats. Andere bestanddelen van tarwe en dysbiose zijn zulke puzzelstukjes.
