Verkeerde voedingsgewoonten vormen slechts één stadium in de weg waarlangs ziekteprocessen in gang worden gezet. Voor de gebrekkige voorziening in nutriënten, die aan deze processen mede ten grondslag ligt, moeten we terug naar de grond waar ons voedsel vandaan komt. Ligt daar de oorsprong van verarmde voeding? En zo ja, kan biologisch produceren daar verandering in brengen?
