Iedereen hoopt natuurlijk op een probleemloze zwangerschap. Helaas kunnen zich tijdens de zwangerschap verschillende complicaties voordoen, zoals hoge bloeddruk, diabetes, depressie of een vroeggeboorte. Deze problemen kunnen nadelige gevolgen hebben voor zowel het kind als de moeder. Kunnen zwangerschapscomplicaties worden voorkomen door middel van voeding en suppletie?
