Klimaatverandering en obesitas: beide crises zijn een gevolg van de westerse leefstijl. De wereldbevolking vestigt zich bovendien steeds meer in steden, steeds verder weg van de voedselproductie. Stadslandbouw wil die trend omkeren en stedelingen terug in contact brengen met de productie van groenten en fruit. Een ogenschijnlijk bizarre strategie, die wel een oplossing biedt voor de ecologie- en gezondheidscrisis.
