Met het uitkomen van de ‘Nordic Nutritional Recommendations 2023’ (NNR2023)1 blijkt dat de inname van selenium door Nederlandse volwassenen2 ruim beneden de nieuwe ‘voorlopige geschatte gemiddelde behoefte’ (EAR) van deze NNR2023 ligt. Ook voor de seleniumstatus ziet het er niet goed uit. Valt dit op te lossen met voeding?
