We moeten toe naar een meer plantaardige voeding. Dat is beter voor onszelf, de dieren en de planeet. Steeds meer mensen gaan uit principe nog een stap verder en kiezen voor een vegetarisch of veganistisch eetpatroon.1 Maar is met name een veganistisch eetpatroon nog wel gezond, vragen velen zich af.
