Er wordt tegenwoordig veel gezegd en geschreven over mindfulness. Boeken, trainingen, presentaties, internetblogs over dat onderwerp blijven maar toenemen. Breien, haken, borduren, koken, eten, werken, wandelen of tuinieren: elk aspect van het leven lijkt tegenwoordig mindful te moeten worden beleefd.
