Niet te veel en niet te weinig: het geldt nadrukkelijk voor vitamine A. En des te meer tijdens zwangerschap. Sinds dierstudies geboorteafwijkingen lieten zien, wordt gevreesd dat dat ook voor mensen geldt en onderzoek lijkt dat te bevestigen. Toch kan ook een tekort risicovol zijn. Is er een gulden middenweg te vinden?
